Room is in worst condition!
we have been waiting for our dinner for last 30 minutes no response from the hotel

very poor level of service. No or minimal hot water. staff is very rude and denying for services. Asked for Tea at 9:30 PM, they denied the same. similarly in the morning bfast they are saying that bfast will start by 7:30 before that i can't give anything. they aren't even ready to serve tea and bread. Rooms are dirty and have a bad smell. Bedsheets, pillow etc are very dirty and smelly.

Great services and hospitality. Helpful and friendly staff. Is in middle of Kargil, which gives you access to all the view points nearby.

the property was at very good location,
bathroom isn't that great. Central heating doesn't work but they provide you room heater. overall if you get better options you should go there, no view at all
