1. Terrible experience with reception people, requested for 2 hrs extended stay, first they said yes and later said 12pm is last
2. Worst experience with room service, they charges for water bottles
1. Even though we were couple, condiments such as brush , towels , etc provided were for a single person
2. Since it was our first time couple trip, we requested for a room with good view, during checkin they said its a room with good view but after going to room there was no view of resort instead it was towards a road, pathetic customer service and experience given the money

the hotel is good. staff is courteous. cleanliness is not too bad. but there are issues. like cups and plates and tables were not that clean. drawbacks of being next to factories perhaps. the food was not good at all though. we got indigestion issues after the food.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food was excellent, with a variety of tasty options. Overall, great value for money, and I highly recommend it!

Pearl by Priyadarshini is like a pearl in the ballari district. We stayed from 13 to 15 jan 2024 in their studio room and superior room. Both the rooms are well appointed and cleanliness was very good. Food at their pure veg restaurant Naivedyam was delicious. Staff was quite responsive. Huge Parking space is available. Few things they can improve are:
