Rooms were okay as per catagory of hotel..they need to work on renovation part as Deluxe room needs mantaince.
luxury rooms are well maintained.
apart from this services are good and staff and manager were supportive.

probably the best in location. very near to railway station and very popular in the city. every auto/battery rickshaw knows the hotels which makes very easy to reach to the hotels. The hotel/room was quite well maintained and clean room was also very cean and comfortably spacious. hotels staff was also very co operative with nice behavior. food of the restaurant was also very good and delicious. I surely recommend this hotel for stay.

it was pleasant,safe stay. staffs were cooperative. only thing i didn't like was led light on the mirror which we can't switch off. it was automatically on without any switch to shut it down.
