The cleaniliness was pathetic at the hotel, there were cockroaches all around the bathroom and room. The food we ordered also had the cockroaches in it, worst experience at Pearl palace. We also tried calling goibibo customer care for the same at night, we just got helpless. I want refund for my stay or else a voucher for the next booking. I'm sharing the pictures for the same.
