spacious property. property is almost on the beach, cross the internal road, hotel parking and you touch the beach. good staff. i had a good chat with ownner. food taste was good.

very poor rooms n not maintained at all.
Poor room service and you will feel like u r staying at some lodge.
wifi service not provided in rooms and they were very casual in approach.
washrooms were very average.
food was okay but was very expensive.
Not recommended at all for price tag of 2300 per day (inclusive of taxes)

Food was not good at all, found an insect also in fish curry.I was starving whole night. When I showed that to staff they offered me new food though.
Breakfast was very good.
Wifi was also not working in the rooms.

Very good hotel. Bang on ladghar beach. Food is also good and most importantly it's served hot and fresh. I strongly recommend their grilled pomfret. It's just awesome. Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Extremely good beachfront property for travellers with moderate budget. Thank you guys for hosting me.
