Despite having a confirmed booking, I was denied check-in upon arrival. Shockingly, the hotel staff refused to allot a room and also declined to refund my payment. This was not only highly unprofessional but also extremely inconvenient and distressing for me as a guest.
I request immediate action regarding this matter—either to process a full refund or to provide a valid explanation for this unacceptable behavior.

the lady in the reception was very rude and non cooperative at all.
the lady didn't try to provide double bed instead of several request although my booking was either double bed or twin bed.
dinner was very very poor below standard.
At the time of checkout the receptionist ask me to sign a form (do not know what). this was first time in my last so many stays.

Stay was good. Very good locality.
But food wasn't up to the mark. In dinner a few items were really cold. otherwise good hotel to stay.
