The location was good and the ambiance was nice too. The staffs behavior was too good and helpful and the rooms were pleasant but the food quality was really very poor in this property.

It was good stay we had at the hotel and the one and only issues was the TV as it was not working during the stay. Rest everything was very good. The location was very nice and parking was there. The Caretaker was good and helping.

we booked 2 rooms at ground floor but was shocked to hear that they assume basement (-2) as ground floor Food was not upto mark n poor service

A nightmare of a hotel.They were impolite and rude. Then comes the unhygienic,dirty,dim lighted room No tea arrangement in the room,TV not working because they have not subscribed...even water bottles not provided The restaurant guys did not collect the first plates till next morning.I have yet to experience such a third class hotel..Only redeeming feature was the lone service guy who tries to do something...he doubles up as a plumber,TV repairman,house keeping and as a receptionist after 6 pm .

Good hospitality, room service, restaurant service is really good. View of rooms are good especially upper floors, ask for rooms on the reception floor or above. Restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, good quality and the best quantity for the cost in the whole of McLeod.

The location is very good it's next to the shopping street and half a kilometre from the monastery.the management people are very sweet and kind.you should opt for rooms on upper floor. The restaurant is good too and very reasonable
