I like - staff , room ,sevice don't like - costly food , distance from the mall road (path is very steep)

we Booked an executive room with hill view but got really bad room. there's barely a hill view, Don't believe their images it's taken from different angles. it was not clean at all we even found a hair in couple of our breakfast dishes. the staff rings the bell then starts opening the door continuously no patience at all. because we didn't stay at the hotel much the stay was just fine but oh god it was dirtly. coffee spilled over walls, fungus in the bathroom tiles and there was a bad smell whenever we came from outside, which. describes the dirtyness.

The location was good but specifically the hotel area had no network I had hard time connecting with their wifi and I think they turn it off during the night. also we booked a executive room with hill view you can see in the image how they show it will look but in reality the room was dirty the bathroom had broken tiles, windows seems like they never cleaned in years, walls very dirty, coffee spilled over the walls. there suppose to be lamp on both bed sides but nothing was there. the furniture ...more
