Hotel is good and safe only thing is it's ghost road which is around 100 mtrs on mall road.

inside hotel seems safe but the road from mall road to hotel around 150 meter is like ghost road....other wise hotel is ok ok...but all hotels at mussoorie are not like hotels, they don't treat guests like other city hotels does, better to book room one day advance then search by yourself you may found good deal, other wise hotel is good but tariff was higher compared to facilities,

The hotel is situated at a place where you need to go down hundreds of stairs to reach them,it's not at all at Mall road.It takes about 20 minutes walk to reach mall road picture palace.No help from the hotel in locating them and it took almost 2.2 hrs to locate them

Had a Confortable Stay friendly staff close proximity with Mall Road along with Car Parking hence given 5*. Will definitely like to visit again
