no room service, arrogant behaviour by head staff, unhygienic room and stinking washroom. not satisfied with the property. they have a lot of scope of improvement.

had a great stay at phoenix inn...the rooms were spacious and all the amenities were upto the mark...good for the family members

VERY UNHYGIENIC OVERALL, NO TOILETRIES, BEDSHEETS, PILLOW COVERS, WASHROOMS NOT CLEANED, MOSQUITOES ALL OVER. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

pathetic check in experience.
booked for 3 people. towels not provided. they mentioned once it arrives from laundry will provide. they haven’t provided even till now. reception stinks to the core, unbearable smell.
rooms : the living room does not have any fan or a/c. beddings are bad and uncomfortable. bedsheets looked used. just while we were checking in, this room was checked out. in less than 5 mins we were given the room. mosquitoes filled in the room. no proper sleep the entire night. pathetic rooms and service. will never recommend any one to this place nor will visit here every again.
