worst hotel. who deliver tea in this unhygienic way. walls were dirty, showers not working, bedsheet were dirty. it was 3rd class hotel. they provide worst room where as other rooms were available.

the manager during early check-in took 500 rs as early check in. i have called the manager one day before check in and requested him about that can i get early check in so he said if room is available you will get and while early check in he took 500 rs and the housekeeper was not at good at all he was again and again asking tip sir tip which was not ok at all he the client wants to give he or she will give at the end but the housekeeper was very irritating and the room was not clean at all bed ...more

Worst experience ever they dont know about hospitality services, smelly rooms no window in room, they just installed shower inside the toilet. we later found out that there was some stains in the blanket. Very rude behaviour the person in the reception.

Hotel location preeti good, check-in process is also easy and good for unmarried couple. mostly unmarried couple are walk-in here

staff behaviour is not appropriate and in complimentary breakfast they only offer poha after argument they ready to serve aloo paratha

Worthless stay, they didn't had vacant room inspite of advance booking they made us stay in their another hotel located on next floor meanwhile they made us up down twice by saying it's not booked here booked upstairs hotel, where we got small room so we just stayed for a day whereas our booking was for 2 days. Hotel room was not properly cleaned cigarettes ashes were spread on table bed mattress, no breakfast options available. Basement parking were there but they didn’t allow to park car in basement.
