ac not worked, horrible experience during checkin and check out. there is no kettle to have coffee. even they were not providing the bill and they said they will provide the bill through email. overall experience is bad. don't suggest and not worth for money paid bed and pillow also not good one

i had opted for a superior room. i booked that room based on the picture given. unfortunately, i hat i got as a superior room was so cramped, the ac went off past midnight and the room doesn’t even have a fan. they claim this as a 3 star facility, unfortunately, i can’t even grade this as 2 star. breakfast was pathetic and i skipped it. parking is literally on the roads. i was really scared to park my suv in front of the hotel with it’s bumper outside. luckily, nothing happened. as claimed, this ...more

unpleasant experience at PKP Grand Hotel on October 27th. It sounds like you encountered several issues during your stay, including a lack of parking, damage to my car, poor room conditions with used bed sheets, no Wi-Fi, and no TV. It’s also unfortunate that the hotel initially agreed to your cancellation request but later changed their decision after my check-out. It seems like a frustrating situation. If you need assistance or advice on how to proceed, please let me know. I am sending my car damage phots also and I had lost money with my comforts also.

one of the worst experience in hotel stay v dirty rooms very poor management one of the worst service pity the person constructed this hotel i think that gentle man died and his photo is there in that hotel if he see the way this hotel is managed currently he will feel really bad.... lousy staff.. ac not working properly... dirty linen.... not at all clean.. very impolite and unprofessional staff.... this hotel even though at a imp place will close down soon because of poor management

Stayed at Superior Rooms. It's over priced for the type and size of rooms. It's all so cramped. Also felt that the price was 30% more than direct booking.Too much delay at the time of check in. One out of three rooms booked was not ready even though we reached one hour after the scheduled check in time.

the stay was comfortable the check in and check out was easy,the guest were courteous and friendly.food was good. the staff was also extremely friendly

parking only for three cars good food some rooms are not well maintained having some dust problem . they were willing to change room on request

Not worth the price. I stayed in one of the so-called suite rooms. I would give a minus rating for cleanliness if I could. The sheets weren’t washed and had stains and dust all over.
