ac not work ....complain after room changes but other room ac remote not work temprature control with main switch... also no towel and tv not available at room ...no handwash no shampoo .toilet not clean. I cnt recognise hotel bed experience for me.

We recently stayed at Platinum Hotel in Junagadh for 4 days, and here’s our honest review: The room was average and just okay. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff did not visit even once during our stay for cleaning, which was disappointing. Despite it being winter, there was no hot water available. The bathroom ceiling was damaged and looked like it could collapse anytime, which was quite unsafe. The toilet was also broken, and the bed wasn’t in good condition either. Very dirty wash room, the commode was very dirty and totally unwashed, not flushed at the time of check in. The room service was also not satisfactory, though the front desk person was well informed for cleaning the room while going out, but still after returning nothing was cleaned. Cannot recommend my friends or relatives to stay at this hotel!
