this time experience was bad. because in the room, towel, handwash, kettle were not provided. they had provided those items in my previous stays. but this time staff members denied to provide those things. and also room service is too much delayed which creates inconvenience for us.

I stayed at playsales hotel at Indore vijay nagar schemeno. 114 and it was great experience over there neat and clean rooms and bathroom all nessecery aminties but this property of play sales group at bhopal is not so good, bathroom is not cleaned also break fast was not good.
