we stayed at plaza inn coimbatore for one night while traveling from coimbatore to ooty. it was a family stay. when we reached there, the first impression was good, but while waiting in the lobby, there was no ac. one table fan was there but no one switched it on. i switched it on by myself. they took lots of time for check-in. room was good. but size of the toiletries was so small, that it won't be sufficient for one person.
breakfast was very good.
overall experience was average.

Below average rooms. The AC fan wasnt staying in one place properly. Had to fix it with a piece of paper to keep it in position. I literally had to use my hand and rotate to start the fan. Very average and stinky washrooms

Overall staying in Plazza Inn Coimbatore was good. Morning complimentary breakfast is tasty and service is also good. Parking secured. Management may provide at least a dormitory for Drivers. Except for this one the hotel stay was pleasant.

3rd class hotel, cockroach is rooms, and reception guy seat in early morning he have not knowledge how to use card swipe machine. don't go with hotel

Room was very good. Spacious and clean but the hotel staff were discourteous when I asked for a few hours extension with cost. I was also reminded to check out within 10 minutes of my request of my extension as they insisted on full day payment which I refused. Will not stay here again. Not fit for long stay. Advantage is only the proximity to the Railway station. Other hotels may be better.
