Very conveniently located, right next to the bus stand and within walking distance (1km) of the railway station, and many eateries. I asked for a non-smoking room amd was alloted one. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was effective. The complimentary shaving kit was a useful extra. The staff at the reception were polite and helpful at all times.

I am booking plazza premium room but alerts very poor room
room not available cloth coubord and no restaurant room service
heater is not working booking 2dayes
but 1 day before room vecat
stoff is good very helpful bus route temple timings asked

Good location. Staff behaviour is good.
Rooms are good.
But hotels rules are not good.
Booked for 2 adults and 1 child and hotel not provided additional mattresses. Demanded extra money.
Not allowing even 1 hour extra for checkout.
More commercial han customer friendly.

the room no 701 had no cupboard to keep clothes or bags.
the room was very small.
the ac wasn't very effective.
the bathroom had no ventilation.
the shower had neither curtain nor hooks to hang clothes or towels.
there was no kettle provided for making tea/coffee. only tea n coffee sachets were there.
the reception staff wasn't very pleasant or helping.
overall was an average experience with plazza hotel, trichy, tn
