The room booked by me was having a western toilet and television however hotel denied to provide room with above amenities.The washbasin is also not available.all the representatives told me as the task is not generated, they can't help me It was told that there is technical glitches.it was a very poor response which resulted me to stay in poorly managed and without amenities promised at the time of booking. I m deeply disappointed.

initially provided two bed room and next day change with 03 bed room though payment paid for three bed rooms. These type of services should be avoided otherwise we have another option.

It was nice hotel we stayed in new room on the top floor rooms are basically new on top floor thier and they are in making need more things to be done like painting of room and windows in room But we have to stay for one night so that was ok and is near to mahakal temple so it was good Thanks Rahul

I went during kumbh mela. The location is excellent, 2mins walking dis from mahakaal temple and 10 mins from ramghat. Hotel overall is decent. Nobody approached for room service in the entire duration and I dint have the time to ask. May be on request they would clean. Rooms are good. There are many options for food around the hotel.never tried food in hotel. I was very happy as I could get room at a nominal price during kumbh. I was in a non a/c double bed room . Dint require a/c inspite of high temp.

hotel pleasure landmark one of very worst hotel in Ujjain not provide even fan in so much hot not even bathroom only provide dormitory I can't never suggest to other very bad experience
