hotel is good but service is not good. hotel staff behaviour is not at par. hotel system is not upto date. i have already paid full amount but their system shown balance.

i recently spent 2 nights at hotel poddar residency and had an exceptional experience. the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.
