The location is giid tge cottages are fine...water is kept in a tub..no flush works..no water in the sink...the tenoerature was minus 8 in the night.the heating system dies not work...the excuse given was no kerosene...we cold have carried kerosene ourselves if the iwner had the burden of buying it....nice cottages..no intent to maintain them well bcos anyway they are selling.

Pangong lake, the trickiest part of our Leh-Pangong-Nubra trip due to its altitude and harsh environment, turned out to be a comfortable one thanks to Polaris cottages. There are six lake facing cottages of different bed configuration. The view of the lake from the cottages is breathtaking. They are well maintained, clean and with courteous and helpful staff. staff, location , food is good but when you ask for some amenities like bhukhari ( heater with kerosine) that is charged for Rs 1500 for 2 hours and dinner for Rs 600 per person so if you are going to visit Pangyong do book with breakfast and dinner as there are no resturant in the area

cottage is nearest to pangong lake. has best view of Pangong lake. also best staff and full cleanliness in room and bathroom.Had nice stay
