    worst ever service experience. pathetic people working here. they don't even know how to talk to customers and are not being responsible for poor services. ordered tea twice from room and as 1st tea was not fresh. they clearly denied servicing tea in the room for the second time. they said come down for breakfast and have tea at the restaurant. we have already served 1st time and for the 2nd time we will not serve in the room. never ever plan to book this. service poor and even behaviour is path ...more

    it was very pleasant stay at polo heritage resort. surrounded area is awesome. food is very nice. just indoor games are not available. i recommend this resort if you plan for polo forest trip
