it was horrible first they haven't provided any facility like no soap or towel for freshenup later that day they were not able to provide hot water and next one is shocking my bike seat cover has been torren by some one while in parking

Poor quality hotel, bedsheets with stain, blanket is thin bedsheets got on asking, toilet with stain, flush n bedit not working, basin tap no water, only one tap working in wash room. NO HOTEL WIFI, No house keeping staff. No recomdation.

The reception person is very arrogant and was not cooperating. No lift for hotel. Rooms were small and not at all airy. Not at all suitable for senior citizens. When I asked questions regarding facilities at hotel he directly suggested me to cancel booking without answering my questions.
Just ok stay.

The person at reception was very rude. He did not provide me with dental kit, bathroom slippers, water bottle. He just said, we don't provide. He clearly said that we don't provide room service.

it was not worth of 1000/- it could have been 500/-. bathroom were not appropriate and hot water will be available only 7:30 to 10am.
bed also not clean had smell no room freshner

1) No one at the reception counter you wait for 15 min . 2. The room was not hygienic and not clean, bed covers, pillow case very dirty not changed at all. 3.Washroom no hot water in taps for bathing purpose no toiletries given and no attendee, attending complaints. Very pathetic situation after paying you cannot enjoy and no pest control done.

the location of the property is good but it's a lodge not a hotel and the bedsheet was dirty and no proper room service
