very small rooms in the name of executive rooms
we booked for three people however the room didn't hav any space for the third person bedding
also the water in washroom taps was in ultra slow speed like a pen refill thickness..

It has always been a great stay whenever I have visited Agra and stayed in Hotel Poonam Plaza. I am staying here for the fifth time and it has always been a great experience.

hotel room and washroom was not cleaned ..thr was water lekeg problem in washroom and room were not cleaned ... food was too expensive and taste was not good I was unsatisfied being a solo traveler

abhi hotel location is okay but the rooms are not quite good cleanliness is very bad even the washroom seeds are also broken and the back seats are also not clean they are very dirty not happy with this hotelbed sheets are very dirty, 24hr raining from ac which is very bad. wifi work very slow my most of the meetings got cancelledwashroom are patheticnot recommend

As far as staff was concerned, they were very courteous and prompt. Food was also good. However, the cleanliness in the hotel and room was not upto standards. There were mosquitoes in the room and on the last day, there was a stench of a dead rodent in the corridor outside my room. I shall not recommend for a stay, but if someone wants to try the food, you can give it a try.
