Worst hotel experiences 1. Toilet seats are stained with Urine 2. Small cockroaches all over the place 3. Stains on bedsheets 4.This is so ridiculous that my mom got bugs in her hair after sleeping for 1 hour on the bed. 5. we only stayed there for 4 hours and left , we booked for 2 day stay but couldn't even leave as we reached the hotel in the middle of the night , This is a genuine and harsh feedback ,My stay dates were 22nd nov to 24th nov 2024 i have booking id's references. Will not recommend to stay

Even though the hotel premises situated at a buzy street,they keep it clean and food available for reasonable price . Only problem is parking facility.

Very poor car parking and when we asked they told they have car parking. But its waste and very bad Customer service and the management is very poor .the staff for everything they say we don't know and the manager is the most worse fellow on the earth.. dosent have any work ethics or speaking to the customer

Rooms are Clean and neat, located in the center of the city, only issue is room service and restaurant service is hopeless, they never care you and they feel very comfortable without doing service to customers.
