I recently stayed at a hotel in Lucknow and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the property. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and room service was prompt and courteous. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment, which made for a very relaxing stay.

The hotel is located at a nice location but they charge higher in comparison to other hotels. Not value for money.

Super Executive room was nice. Very clean & spacious room and bathroom with bath tub fitted The food service at the restaurant is quite slow, though the staff is polite and supportive however they don't track and server food order in timely manner - something for them to improve. Food quality is very good. Overall good stay!!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Hotel is ok in terms of location and in budget , things that can be taken care is overlooked , there is a seepage smell in the hotel as well in all rooms this is because of poor ventilation in the hotel and in the room below the AC duct black moss and moisture can be noticed .. i saw 3 room had the same issue. This hotels is always full because of the location but if the owner Mr pradeep takes care of the issue raised there will be customer satisfaction
