"Extremely disappointing stay. Rude reception staff, poor hygiene, and lack of maintenance. The room had a strong tobacco smell, mosquitoes, and non-functional AC and landline. No proper follow-up from staff. Service was inefficient and unprofessional. Not recommended."

Just a hotel to stay at your own. They don't bother about the amenities. Dont pay in advance. Better to check then book.

hotel and rooms are good . staff was also good and co operative.
but due to less transaction of customer cleanliness was factor.
i got room without window which was pathetic.

it's very bad experience.. as per there changes the room is not up to mark... there bathroom condition is pathetic.. they don't have proper electricity supply.. there A.C is also not working. no food facility.. Overall nothing is good... I will never visit again here..
