the bedsheets were never changed.....the towel had hair on it....the bathroom was in really bad condition

room is not clean,tv is not working properly,staff are very casual, telephone is not working,you have to step down from 3rd floor by the stairs for your assistance.
location is good but no lift in there,

Overall a good budget friendly hotel in good location for travellers. Market places are nearby. Rooms are clean , staffs are well behaved, timely room service .

hotel prakash 1. they will not provide a dish or spoon if u order a food from zomato. 2. cockroaches are the biggest issue with any room . they are running everywhere even when you're sleeping. 3. i have train at morning, so required an early check out, no one at reception at 6 am , even there were no water at washroom.
