Hotel amenities are average. Overall staff behaviour is just ok, but lacks the minimum professionalism and concern for bonafide customer needs.

Pathetic service. No responsible person available on reception to resolve queries. In the morning there was no water and no one cares about the problem faced by guest. Rooms were dirty and no one care about the cleaning. The hotel required a change in management as Guests were suffering. Rooms were not clean. There was no water in the hotel and no one was available to hell. I had to myself identify the motor switch and started it. They all were sleeping and guest were looking for them. Irresponsible and careless management service.

This hotel is poorly maintained. Water tap stopped while using toilet. Nobody cares to till last drop of water exhausts. Nobody was in the reception to answer. null will pick up your calls through Intercom or phone. I had worst experience in this hotel.

Room Service is very slow.. nobody will come on one call, Unhygienic rooms dust in rooms.Red ants were there. Overall Resort Is not good.The food was quite tasty but resort is not worth it

I used to book my stay in this resort ,but with time I have seen a decline in the up keeping of rooms , a lack of hygiene, the bath room foot mat was so dirty that it has not been washed/cleaned for a long time. The kitchen was so unhygienic and dirty that although my booking was for bed and breakfast but I did not take my complimentary b'fast. I will rethink visiting this property in my future stays.
