Worst rooms and bed bugs. No cleanliness, It's marked as 3 star hotel which is a shame. Highly suggesting to avoid for families.

The property is good for the value they offered ,easily accessible ,on main road ,Good restaurant is available just below the hotel .However needs to take care of property maintenance,taps are leaking ,various leakages are seen on the walls ,creating little stincky smell due to dampness ,house keeping needs to be improved ,staff needs to increase very little staff are on action . the phone nos of the hotel needs to be changed on GOBIBO app and site as incorrect nis are updated . staff is courteo ...more

one of the worst hotels i ever went. its actually attached to a spa centre and all types of activities happen there. i never recommend it for a stay

all rooms are not clean properly. water is not properly. no proper drinking water. no room service. reception phone is not working from room call.
overall bad experience. i changed 3rooms in 3days but all are same

Nightmare. Unpolite staff, lousiest service experienced by me in the last 30plus years of travel. Was saved by Zomata. Please Avoid this property at any cost!!!

There is no Lift, room is not very clean
No towels, toiletries.
No servicing and no restaurant facilities.
Staff don't know hindi.
No complimentary breakfast 😢

The room which was allotted had a pungent smell, the pillows were stinking and there were few bugs and cockroaches. Ventilation also was lacking
