I have been coming here for the past five years but there is no difference between the bathroom and the AC. The AC here is a strange experience, more like the horror sound of a horror movie than giving the AC customers a good night's sleep. And the staff here is very rude. I request hotel management pls invest some amount in room maintenance

staff very supportive, Mr Paine and his team were polite and courteous and willing to help customers.Only issue is local conveyance as public transport is scarce and costly.

In a place like Barbil, Hotel Prateek is a good choice. They serve hot Breakfast and Foods as per your choice and it can be customized. Staff behavior is really good and very cooperative. Overall I feel this is one of the best places to put up in Barbil.

Rooms were clean. But the bathroom condition could be improved. Also the room sizes are a bit small. But considering the location a nice hotel to stay

Room given to me was worth it value (Considering the other hotels in the locality). Room service has its challenges but again it was better than other hotels nearby.

Hotel is located at the heart of the town. Clean room and Clean Toilets. Veg-Food was good but non-veg is not so good. Parking lot is very small. Staffs behavior and service was great.
