Overall a good experience, an issue with cleanness, not all areas clean, some areas covered with dust.

stay experience wasn't good.
towels, napkins, bed sheets were pale yellow.
there was a bad odour in the tent.
looking at the total booking price, facilities provided were very down grade.
food was also costly.

while booking it was shown 20% discount on food. property denied.
Food third class. They were forcing to take buffet. after lot of discussion they agree for ala cart with limited item.
though the property was only 10% occupied, they allotted inside room.

Rooms were not clean, service was not good. They donโt have the basic things. not worth for this tent, stay in BRG instead of here. Never going to come Praveg again.

My experience was not good. They provided the wrong contact number on the voucher, making it impossible to contact the hotel property. A gate pass is required to access this place. We waited for around two hours because the number was unreachable. The hotel staff did not reach out to us

The hotel offers an incredible location surrounded by beautiful hills, making it perfect for nature lovers. The serene atmosphere and stunning views added a magical touch to the stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout. However, the only downside was the bathroom, which was not in the best condition and could use some improvement. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would recommend it for the location alone!
