excellent location near to prem mandir and near to place where premanand majarji goes to ashram and we can have early morning darshan.
the only thing is at evening from 7pm to 10pm you cant take out car or bring back car to park the car in hotel since that path is blocked
also bikanervala is at 1st floor so no tenstion of good quality food.

location was good, service staff were nice but facilities can be improved for the price it charges, it certainly is not cheap price wise.1. like the executive room i stayed in had no room fridge, it is a necessity in a high temp place like mathura. 2. it had a tv stand but no tv, they offered us to shift to a room with tv but we declined since we were there for a night only but idea is it should have been there, right? regardless it’s used or not.pros:• ac worked fine• room size very decent• b ...more

room had no toiletries and room was not ready even at 7 pm checkin. was given to someone else and had to get it emptied. super deluxe book 2 nos but they have only 1 nos.
