room service was excellent
staff was supportive
cleanliness and hygiene was excellent
only issue of sound of vehicle in night due to highway hotel.
mangement must work for sound proof system.

They don't provide shampoo. only soap rest you have to carry.

Clean and big rooms, a bit far from railways station and bus stand (3 kms), they serve veg food only. Staff is extremely courteous and well mannered.

I got very bad experience in this hotel
Rooms are not clean
No sound proof rooms
Worst Bathroom and Toilet
Limited food No Quality food
Non Veg Food not served after enquire about non veg food staff behaves like 🤭
Un trained &non professionals staff
No Card payment facility available hear.

I had always been staying at Hotel Premier, visited after a long time of 3 years, but to my surprise all things the same and as always the best place to stay in Bhusaval.
Highly recommended for all.
