premier recidency, it's a good place for business individuals, close to the bus stand and the local market, the reception & staff are very helpful and polite. i recommend this place.

Good place to stay to the people who travels for the business and official trip. Need to improve the room and toilet cleanliness. Price is very reasonable to stay. Located in the main place of the town where you get good hotels and other shops which is easily accessible.

beds and bedsheets were not clean... wardrobes, tables were also dirty... waste of money... not worth of money... over priced tariff... i can recommend 200-300 rupees per room per day, not more than that.

The stay was horrible. I was treated badly and the room had no ventilation, they never bother to help us with the ac cooling issue. No sufficient colling as the ACs were may be older than me. Office boy was not helpful. He set the temperature from his side and simply teasing us by giving the AC remote. I need a refund as my friend who stayed with me had to struggle a lot as the air conditioning was not working at all. Even though the remote was showing 18, we get better cooling at our home with even 24. That means the ACs were dead.
