hotel doesnt have courtesy to support customer , infact regular customer, that a booking made by mistake in date they didnt made it correct , even rooms were available on mistaken date and require date , but still they didnt support and didnt modified the booking.

It was a superb experience ππ Very nice place and very nice location ππ Staff behaviour is very good and copper ππ food quality is very good and bery reasonable ππ everything is perfect in hotel. Will visit soon ππ

Check In/Out experience was smooth. Rooms are well spaced & bathrooms are clean. Hot water was not available during our stay but maybe because it was in the middle of the Summer season. 2 Kinley mineral water bottles of 500 ml each were provided every day. The staff is cordial & smiling.
