the phone in my room was not workingno alternative was provided and i was blamed for not asking an alternativei moved to a higher floor and saturday & sundays was a nightmare with sounds from parties

It was a pleasant Stay. Had a great experience at PRIDE by Samrat. The reception staff were extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure all my needs were taken care of. Truly excellent service.

the hotel has an amazing location, with one of the best markets of jabalpur at a walking distance. the staff was very helpful. they have sensor-based lights in common areas, which is a good initiative and saves a lot of light.

very comfortable stay .. rooms are neat .. food quality in the restaurant is excellent... location is superb and very close to famous shops n restaurants in jabalpur... staff is very responsive and very professionally trained to attend the guests.... highly recommend for very good value for money...
