Hotel services are average. they don't provide valet services for car parking. Don't have adequate and responsible staff at hotel entrance for security check , for welcome and all.

There was no hot water in the shower during my two day stay. When called for service help, the hotel staff recommended to run the water for 15-20 minutes. It is such a huge waste of water - a precious resource.The hotel claims that it is committed to help preserve and protect the environment and they ask their customers to waste water. Even after running the shower water for 30 minutes, there was NO HOT WATER. Pretty shameful for a big hotel charging large amount of money to stay there.

Great luxury in a semi urban set up of Phaltan. Big rooms, king sized beds and clean and tidy. Has huge dining area with lavish food. Staff is very polite and are eager to help customers.
