I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 AM, while the check-in time was 12:00 PM. Since I was only half an hour early, I expected some flexibility, but to my surprise, the receptionist rudely informed me that I couldn’t check in unless I paid an additional ₹300. What made this experience worse was that the hotel was completely empty—not a single guest was there, and all the rooms were vacant. Rook.not so clean.Mainly toilets are not cleaned before checkin. Towels not washed and dirty towels were provided .
