the hotel room ac is not working they given 2 different rooms but I think in Majority rooms AC is not working

I had booked a two day stay for two people,deluxe room in inr 3200/- a day,the check in time is 2pm,we requested for an early check in and they charged us 1500/- just for early check in which is too high,when we asked to order breakfast they were not even ready to serve tea and said that we will have to buy a buffet breakfast only even if we needed just tea which is unacceptable,we paid extra 950/- for breakfast of 2 people,they have a strong policy,do not entertain guest request for anything,rest the stay was good,the room was clean

This time's experience is not good. Though the room was okay, the bathroom was dirty. No hot water in the morning.
