the basic amenities of the hotel is good and the behaviour of the staff is polite and smiling. the service to the room is excellent but the food from the inhouse restaurant is a bit on the costlier side. however the quality of the food is good.
the location of the hotel is excellent and absolutely centrally located in Jeypore, right beside the bus stand. the hotel is around 5 km from Jeypore Railway Station.

I waited 3hrs for getting my reserved room. Someone was there up to 21.30Hrs. I got the room after 9.30PM. The room was rice.

There is no Geyser for hot water. The prices of the food menu is very high and no proper hygiene maintained in the washroom. Moreover they charged fake bill for no food.

The staff was polite. Good parking facility, near city center. Cleaner Bed Linen and Blankets need to be provided.
