the bedsheets were stained and soiled. there were cigerette burn marks on them and the management didn't changed despite several requests.

Horrible!I booked for my family with 9 members. The rooms were so ugly that they haven’t cleaned it for a decade. It was stinking inside the whole flat. Safocated inside. So pathetic. We came from Kerala and couldn’t take proper rest due to this, we were forced to stay there itself, I called them in the morning and adviced them keep it clean by the time we reach there. But it was still pathetic! We requested them for a room change. Even that was not possible.
