I had booked a hotel only for 5 hours as I had to catch another flight in the evening. The Hotel had no electricity for several hours in the afternoon and no generator backup at all. We had to stay without any lights and AC, and we were asked to open windows. Also, as the lifts were not working, the luggage was lying at the reception for a couple of hours as the team did not want to climb 2 floors.
The experience was really bad, with no one from Hotel even bothered to apologize or support.

very nice location, hotel staff are very cooperative and supporting. timely airport services. prompt room services at any time. overall, cleanliness, even surrounding hotel excellence. restaurant nice food and breakfast.

The ratings of this hotel are misleading. It is really dirty and needs maintenance. The linens and bedsheets had hair, dirt, and overall the build had a pungent smell. Though the staff was quick to replace but overall it is not a neat place. The food is okay and the location is very near to the airport. Though the places to visit are a bit far away.
