This hotel does not qualify for the 4 star. AC not working properly and will be always on 28 degree and above. Food quality is pathetic. Parking is not covered. Hygiene standards do not meet 4 star hotel. The lights in the room are very dim. The dressing area does not have any proper lighting. They mention amenities such as a refrigerator and hair dryer, but not provided.
As a family, I dislike everything.

Hotel Priyadarshini Pride is a centrally located, nice hotel equiped with all amenities. The hotel's ambience was very nice, the rooms and corridors were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very courteous. The food in Naivedyam hotel was good and tasty. Complimentary breakfast was very nice. In this hotel the only drawback is the elevated ground floor, which makes it difficult for senior citizens to climb. Rest all was very nice.

The hotel is good and the location is good.
The Good:
1. Rooms are clean and big. comfortable bed.
2. Ample parking space.
3. The garden area is good.
The bad: Required improvement:
1. Restaurants need a lot of improvement
2. Food quality is bad
3. Brekfast was limited and doesn't feel fresh.
The hotel is okay for one day stay.

Worst experience from the reception if we call they are telling to cal other number hot water is not coming no professional staff I have never seen these type of staff

The hotel service is not prompt. Very Conservative and stubborn attitude of staff. Not customer oriented.Feels no need of customer hence don't even help to carry luggage from downstairs to up.Not Customer friendly approach.No smiling faces only busy with computers at reception.Overall you are not needed approach. Costly.Competition is only solution. Thx.

Worst experience. we have booked for two days 5th Feb to 7th feb, we did a late check in on 5th Feb due to our personal reason and we informed them before hand. Although their check out time was before 12 noon. On the day of checkout , 7th feb, they continuously called us at 9:26 am to check out as quickly as possible. When we said that your checkout time is before 12 so we will checkout before 12 but still they continuously insisted us to checkout early. The receptionist is very rude. I will never recommend this hotel.

Morning hot water issues - had to wait almost 1 hour for the water. Some issue with air pump seems. They said issue resolved but water force did not improve.
Bedding items torned out. Bathroom sloping is pathetic. Spray taps leaking. Food is average. Few amenities missing.
