khajuraho is a small remote place, so it's advisable to stay in the upper levels of the budget category. this hotel fits there. however it's rating is just 3 of 5.
location- very close to western group of temples & bus stand.
hygeine & staff- ok.
amenities-basic amenities are provided.
food- plenty of eateries around the hotel.
suitability- for family & solo traveller, in budget category.
locality- decent.
recommendation- highly recommended for all in the budget category.
advise- keep expectations low.

experience was good as resort location is almost next to western group of temples. we could simply walk to the main market.
room size was also good.

resort rate, food prices are highly overpriced compared to the service. they take 30% commission if any car is booked via them.

Horrible... it is namely a Resort. But facilities are like a lodge :
1. They don't provide kettle at Room. If you need hot water or tea/ coffee. You have to call/tell them.
2. They don't provide coffee or tea pouch, sugar etc. at Room.
3. They don't provide hair-oil sachet etc. at Room.
4. Telephone extension number is not available. You have to call on mobile number each time or Reach at reception all time.
