    the stay was great . from the very first moment you step in the hotel, you will definitely love the ambience.First of all, kudos to all the staff that makes the stay so warm. their hospitality is top notch..from the receptioninst, to housekeeping staff, to the the in-room dining service, it was a great experience.the food might look expensive, which of course I felt too, but once I tried their food, i fell in love with the taste and the amount you have in plate do justify the amount.overall it w ...more

    food was horrible. have to go out to have food. brakefast don't have any options. only 2/3 items and that's also very bad .They charged 1500 for little stain in the bed sheets. this i have never experienced any hotels in all over india

    Not quite what we expect from Sarovar Portico. The WiFi didn't work. They had to generate a special account for us to access WiFi. The bathroom lock was broken. A difficult situation with kids. The bodywash dispenser wasn't working. Had to scoop out bodywash from the tank. The paan was missing from the special thali although it was mentioned in the menu. However, the staff are very nice and the hotel is very clean.
