I booked a triple occupancy and at the time of check in.. The Hotel shared me a letter stating that I have to pay for the Extra Bed. I showed them the Screen shot at the time of Booking and then they agreed. this is not the first time I have encountered this issue with the Hotel.we did not have any argument but I felt that we should exercise caution in this Hotel and the Hotel was empty I could see no cars except 2 ( probably one of the owners) and the other should probably be another guest bu ...more

Don't book this hotel. Room is not clean and there are mould and stains everwhere in the wall. The smell in the room is very bad and it becomes horrible after turning on the AC. Not able to stay inside the room and they didn't changed the room upon our request. We booked three rooms and all of them are same. You can stay in chruch mandapam where you can get fresh air instead of staying here. Horrible experience.

The room i received was not satisfied still felt okay because during season time or festival time getting a room in munnar was adjustable for me and wife .....cleaning was not proper
Could find dirt or dust many places . Also i got a room which was converted from staff room or other utility room compared to the other rooms, but the hotel js near to velakanni chruch , have a giod parking space , spacious parking , a restaurant inside where dinner was good , the room AC was superb cooling , happy ...more

first the plus points
1.excellent location, away from the surging crowds but still close enough to everything especially if you have private vehicle.
ample parking space with a nice driveway as well.
2.good comfortable mattress,pillows, central air conditioning,view from windows , spacious rooms.
3.complimentary buffet breakfast was ok .
negatives
1.bathroom fittings worn out and needs replacement including mirrors,waste bin.
2.toiletries not provided.just a half filled shampoo and moisturizer ...more
