worst experience, bedsheet and blanket was not cleaned properly, got body rashes, room was smelly, walls were humid, no restaurant, only room service, delayed service

It's a pretty relaxing place to be in - the hotel staff is nice and kind - rooms wr good - TV, AC, Washroom all we clean - the bedsheets and comforters wr nicely washed and we safe - it wz a high class stay for us. Just a tip - if u travelling by Auto - take his number for return journey the next day - Ola Uber has not much access.

We stay there for 1 day and 1 night the owner is very rude if we r drinking water which is from out side that is also not allowed in that property the play zone area is full of mosquito and only one light and one fan was working. Pool size is very small. Food quality was average but too much rates will not recommend this property

Room was not clean. Insects were roaming around the room. Food too costly and taste was average. You can only order food at your room. No restaurant to seat and enjoy. Pool was ok. it was mentioned that check in is 10 to 12 but when I reached hotel they said that check-in is 1 PM. Later they accepted and allowed to check-in. TV is just for name. Channels were not working. No hot eater after 10 AM. They do not provide electric kettle even on request. Overall stay was not so good

Rooms were in bad shape. Outdoor pathways on each floor were full of empty cans and other waste the whole day. No one bothered to pick up the junk lying down instead of multiple requests. Food service is pathetic and they just just acknowledged and ignore instructions from clients regarding food. In short, horrible property with a disaster service..
