The rooms are not at all good, they are very small. The washrooms are very dirty. Staff is also the least bothered about guests problems. I will not recommend this hotel.

No room service and very poor management. Water was not given, and when asked to give, they told to take it by own from one location.
The room fan is not working properly, the TV is not working, the bathroom is also not ok, no shower.

Very poor condition.Very small room and also wash basin in the room. only one chair in the room.No almirah no kettle no package water.See photo.Donot mention these facilities in your amenities.Hotel manager show me the agreement and said that these facilities are not provided by them.

Not clean,even they are providing blanket against request only.Bathroom was poor, room was not good. They are charging 2500 plus but the quality was not up to RS 1000. Never ever will stay there and not even suggesting to any one. The experience was horrible

Worst experience. I never imagined that I would get a room like this after paying for an ac room. A congested room with dirty walls, tiles and switch boards are broken, bed filled with dust, not sure when they cleaned the bed last. No need to say about the bathroom, can you imagine a hotel with leaking closet? you can see it here in room 408. The leak is not from the flush tank, it is from the closet mounted on floor, now you can imagine how well these guys are running this hotel( I shouldn't us ...more

Friendly management & staff. Location is walkable distance to the main temple. Cleanliness is Ok, Rooms are decent enough for a family to stay. There is one hotel at the ground floor. There is cab/ travels available with them. Check in time you can change, but you should inform them by phone before you come, in that case.
