The staff and hotel were really helpful, the heritage suite is not worthe the money at all! It was hot throughout the day in the room inspite of full blast ac, the views are great from the hotel,
Rooms are overrated and location is terrible

Food was very good. But it is 150/200 years old भूतिया हवेली convertated into 5 star hotel. At mid night it is really very horrible place. Property was in heart of the old city. Very narrow and dirty roads. So check this important part before booking.

Great experience. Very good peaceful property. Nice view from our duplex suite. Out of this world food taste in both indian and wester menu. Top class hospitality in both darikhana and baradari restaurant. Our server Mr Tarun was very courteous. Will surely visit again soon.
