very disappointing experience from the staff when we reach there. 1st they tell us to wait in reception and for more than a half-hour, we will wait. after that, they will give one room and say it's your room. The given room is not the booked room and i tell us that this is the room i booked and give the correct room I booked that time they tell us PLEASE TELL THE TARIFF AMOUNT AND THIS IS THE ROOM FOR THAT TARIFF. after I refused to enter the room they will come to compromise and tell us to give ...more

the room was just a room and bathroom.. nothing more . literally no space for luggage.. located in main place.. which is also a drawback.. crowded.. next time I will book a different place .. 2-3 kms away.. room was very compact.. not good..

It's just a one night stay, But the room is very small, walls are pan spit stains & No floor mats most importantly No geyser in bathroom. it's so difficult to get hot water when it requires. drain water issues there.Totally disappointed with the stay and checking out early because of it.

The pillow covers were dirty. On our request they were changed. The small pillows supplied were smelly. The foot rests have worn out and dirty. No intercom facility. For contacting the reception we had to go down every time. Room service improved from the second day of our stay as they had some labour problems. Hot water not available 24 hours .No geyser in the room. No lift. Even though there is only one floor, it is difficult for the senior citizens it is difficult to climb up. The rooms are v ...more

Wonderful stay at ooty. Staffs are very friendly like a family. Safe for night walk. The room Dora is spacious and clean. Near to bus stand and railway station. Local trip arranged by the hotel and it was nice. My ratings is 5 out of 5. I hope to visit again soon.

The hotel was well maintained with clean rooms and wash room.. it's near to railway station and bus stand.... it was a good experience during the stay at raasinihas paradise.. ☺️
