only issue is room service. it feels as if you have done some criminal offence that you have ordered food from them. after every order the f&b team is getting the bill. even if it’s a tea or a butter milk. their pos machines don’t work and then they question you for that. all i’m saying is either you submit the credit card before checking in or maybe give the bill at the time of the checkout as most 5star’s do. this is really annoying what they do.

property average ...room service dining dint liked ....breakfast is ok dnt expect too much....location is worst,dnt hv that vibe ...cudnt use the pool cuase of very limited timing ....rooms are good...so overall average hotel ...if you very discounted rates then only worth ...else😏

Non cordial staff, stink in the room as well as reception area. No disciple in the restaurant, many people were having their breakfast while standing despite adequate number of chairs and tables. Horrible experience
